2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website www.ereklamacije.si, including the enquiry form and demo booking. By using the website you agree to them. Use of the eReklamacije platform is not covered by these terms (see section 6).

3. For businesses

The website and our services are intended for legal entities, sole traders and other businesses. We do not conclude contracts with consumers through the website.

4. Information only

The content of the website is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete.

Results in case studies are based on the data of the respective customer and do not guarantee the same results for other users. Stated timeframes, such as rollout in about one week, are indicative and depend on the scope of customisation.

5. Enquiries and demo bookings

The demo is free of charge. Sending an enquiry or booking a slot does not create a contract or any obligation to purchase. You can reschedule or cancel a slot via the link in the confirmation message or by emailing info@ereklamacije.si.

Only enter truthful information that you are authorised to provide. How we process data is described in our Privacy policy.

6. The eReklamacije platform

Access to the platform, scope of features, pricing, service levels, support, security requirements and the processing of personal data are agreed in a separate written contract with each customer, which includes a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). If that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, graphics, screenshots, design and code) belongs to the provider or other rights holders and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. It may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Names and logos of other companies belong to their respective owners.

8. Prohibited use

When using the website you may not:

• interfere with its operation or security, for example by hacking, overloading it or probing for vulnerabilities without our permission (you can report a vulnerability to info@ereklamacije.si),
• automatically collect content or data in breach of the law,
• submit false or third-party data, unsolicited messages or harmful content through the forms.

In case of abuse we may restrict access to the website.

9. Links to other websites

The website contains links to and embedded services of other providers (such as the booking system). Those providers are responsible for their content and their processing of data.

10. Availability

We strive to keep the website running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, temporarily disable or discontinue the website at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence (Article 242 of the Slovenian Obligations Code), or in other cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

We may update these terms. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always published on this page and applies from publication.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Novo mesto, Slovenia, has jurisdiction.

15. Language

These terms are published in Slovenian and English. If the versions differ, the Slovenian version prevails.
