This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) the website www.ereklamacije.si uses. The controller is North Motion, Matej Radovan s.p.; all details about the controller and the processing of personal data are in our Privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser; the browser’s local storage works in a similar way. Under Article 225 of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), we may only use those without consent that are strictly necessary for a service you explicitly request. For everything else we need your prior consent.

- How it works
- Uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are told apart by an identifier valid for one day. IP addresses are not stored.

Because measuring sends device and visit data from your browser, we only switch the tool on once you choose “Accept” in the banner. If you choose “Reject”, it is not loaded.
4. Marketing cookies
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies or trackers.
5. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time: click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, your choice is cleared and the banner appears again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
You can also delete or block cookies and storage in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the website (such as booking a demo) may not work.
